Welcome to Pack-Tamam (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, “Platform”). By using Pack-Tamam, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

Pack-Tamam is intended for business use only. By registering, you confirm that you are a business entity (e.g., restaurant, café, catering service, or distributor) capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law.

• You agree to use Pack-Tamam only for lawful business purposes related to procurement of food-packaging products.
   
• You will not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform.
   
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any activity under your account.
   

• Product specifications, prices, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
   
• All prices are exclusive of GST and shipping, unless stated otherwise.
   
• Pack-Tamam reserves the right to correct any pricing or typographical errors even after an order has been placed.
   

• Orders placed through the Platform are binding once confirmed.
   
• Payments can be made via approved payment gateways or as per agreed credit terms.
   
• Pack-Tamam reserves the right to cancel or reject any order in case of payment failure, stock unavailability, or suspected misuse.
   

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on supplier location, logistics constraints, or external factors.
   
• Title and risk of goods pass to the buyer upon delivery.
   
• Delays caused by courier partners or force majeure events shall not constitute breach of contract.
   

All content on Pack-Tamam — including product images, text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned or licensed by us. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse any part of the Platform content without written consent.

Pack-Tamam acts as a facilitator between buyers and verified suppliers. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Platform or supplied goods.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive activities.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Valsad, Gujarat.
